Any item purchased can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that you have proof of purchase. Please note that items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for exchange.

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, with all tags intact, packed in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice. If you received an item that is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect, you will need to provide proof.
Online Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team. Provide all necessary details to our representative, and if all exchange conditions are met, we will arrange for a pick-up from your address. The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days to complete once verified.
Return Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
